Career Dynamics conducts Criminal Checks, Credit Checks (ITC), Psychometric tests, verification of Academic Qualification, ID verification and Drivers’ License via an independent company – Lexis Nexis Risk Managment – Refcheck
All applicants will be screened, interviewed one on one – competency based and tested where applicable. A comprehensive Curriculum Vitae for each of the selected applicants shall then be forwarded to you. We also conduct executive talent searches in the form of head hunting and offer interviewing / a boardroom facility for clients to interview candidates.
In addition, Career Dynamics can also provide Polygraph (lie detector tests) at the client’s request and the Thomas International tests – these requests are at the expense of the client.
